Minestarters grants access only to verified investors. That keeps quality high on both sides: projects present to capital that can actually deploy, and investors review opportunities alongside other verified institutional participants.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Opportunities are shared only with approved participants.
Verification Process
We verify every participant before granting access to any offering. Regulated third-party providers handle your data to meet the following requirements:
- Identity verification: KYC for individuals, KYB for entities.
- AML screening against global sanctions and PEP lists.
- Accreditation status confirmation, where required by your jurisdiction.
- Source of funds verification for larger commitments.
We collect what the rules require, and nothing more.
