How it Works

You commit capital to a vault focused on a specific mining asset or portfolio.
Each vault ties to a specific curated basket, typically five junior mining projects, sourced through direct industry relationships and ongoing tracking of listed juniors. Your capital funds that basket directly.
2You receive vault tokens representing your proportional economic rights to a Segregated Account.
3The Segregated Account holds equity, royalties, or commodity proceeds linked to specific mining projects.
4Cash flow generated by the underlying assets routes to vault token holders through recorded on-chain distributions.

Investor Access

Minestarters works with institutional allocators and family offices who already understand multi-year horizons and commodity cycles. Every participant is verified before they see an offering. Eligibility depends on local securities laws and accreditation requirements.

Token Issuance & Representation

Your capital is recorded as a proportional economic interest in a Segregated Account that holds the mining assets directly. You receive vault tokens representing that interest, tied to the specific account your capital sits in. No fund of a fund, no intermediary layer between you and the underlying assets.

Cashflow & Reporting

Mining assets generate cash in the real world. We reconcile it against source documents before any of it moves.

Diligence & Risk

We turn down far more projects than we take, and that still does not remove the risk from mining.
