Cashflow & Reporting
Mining assets generate cash in the real world. We reconcile it against source documents before any of it moves.

How the Money Reaches You
Mining assets generate revenue through commodity sales, royalty payments, equity distributions, and equity buy-outs. Proceeds land in a collection account held by the Bermuda SAC. We reconcile what the asset reported against bank statements and source data. Distributions are then calculated on your share of the account and paid out. Every step is recorded and auditable.

What NAV Means Here, and How We Strike It
Net asset value is what an account's holdings are worth on a given date, less its liabilities, divided by the units outstanding. Most junior mining holdings have no daily screen price, so NAV is struck periodically by an independent fund administrator rather than continuously. The inputs are the last financing round, comparable transactions, and the technical value of the resource where a defensible estimate exists.
We publish the method next to the number. Where a holding cannot be valued with confidence, we say so instead of smoothing it.

What We Report
- Distribution statements: What you received, when, and the calculation behind it.
- Asset updates: Production, milestones, and any material change at project level.
- Event notifications: Permits, financings, offtake changes, management changes.
- Reconciliation reports: What the asset reported against what was actually distributed, with the gap explained.
Reporting is written for investors who want to check the work, not for investors who want reassurance.
